Heyday Footwear is happy to offer free shipping on all US orders over $150.00. Orders are not guaranteed to deliver by a certain date or time but usually takes between 1 and 5 business days depending on where in the US you're located.
Shoes that are in stock at our office in Boston usually ship the same day if placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday or on weekends and holidays will usually be shipped the next business day. You can also choose express shipping for an additional cost.
We've partnered with Paypal Global to bring you low shipping rates, shopping in your local currency and your local language. You can choose to shop in your currency and language by clicking the pop-up window on the home page or the grey bar at the bottom of the page.
At checkout, simply use Paypal to get standard shipping rates that are no more than $18.72 for shipping anywhere in the world (except in the UK where you can shop locally at HeydayFootwear.co.uk.) Duty is payable at the time of delivery to the courier. Shipping times vary between 8 and 15 days on average depending on your country.
If you choose to pay with a credit card, you can choose USPS International Priority Mail has a transit time of 6-10 days.
International orders are final sale and not refundable unless you choose to return the items at your cost. If you choose to return an International item, only the cost of the item is refundable; any shipping cost you paid to receive the items or return the items is NOT refundable.
Please note, if you paid with Paypal, your international order is shipped to our international distribution center in Folcroft, PA and is then shipped to you. If you see that the shipment has been delivered to this location, don't worry!

When you buy a pre-order style, your card is charged at the time you place the order. We'll ship the shoes when they become available. The expected delivery date is not a guaranteed date; we try very hard to get them to you on time but production or shipping delays can and do happen. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
We've located a supply of older Heyday Footwear in our factory that were never sold and are brand new. Deadstock shoe orders are shipped once per week direct to you from our factory in China using E-Packet shipping service which usually takes about 10 days to ship to most locations though it may take longer. We offer this limited supply of shoes at a great price and they are final sale so no returns or exchanges.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
We only offer free shipping on complete orders so all items are available and in stock. If you order 2 or more items and 1 item is in stock and the others are a pre order, we'll ship the order together when the pre order becomes available. If you want to receive the in stock item without waiting for the order to ship together, we'll add the shipping cost on the first item and you can pay by credit card.
Deadstock or pre-orders that ship from China are shipped using E-Packet which only allows for 1 pair per package. If you order multiple pairs they will ship separately and may arrive at separate times. We know this isn't ideal but this is the limitation of the E-Packet shipping service.
APPAREL AND GYM GEAR ORDERS
Our apparel is made to order meaning when you place the order by our apparel supplier Printful located in California. Apparel orders ship separately from shoes and usually ship 2-6 days after the order is placed. If you order shoes and apparel, they'll ship separately.
Gym gear including backpacks, water bottles etc are sourced from suppliers in China and ship separately from all other orders. These items ship by E-Packet service and may take 14-25 days to deliver.
US RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Heyday Footwear offers free exchanges and return shipping on all US orders.
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us using the form or by phone (617)-596-8703 within 7 days of your receiving the order.
If you return the shoes by taping directly onto the shoe box without using an outer shipping box or shipping bag your refund amount will be less $15 to cover repackaging costs. If you choose to get a refund rather than exchange, please note that your original shipping cost is not refundable, only the items purchased.
Please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Check to make sure you are returning your items in brand new, unworn condition and that they are returned with their original unmarked, undamaged Heyday shoe box using the extra shipping bag and label sleeve provided with your order or use another shipping carton.
Step 2: Make sure all straps, laces, or extras that came with it are in the box.
Step 3: If a pre paid return label was included in your order please use it. If not, we'll pay for the return shipping. After contacting us within 7 days, we'll email you a return label and instructions. When we receive the shoes and check them back into inventory, we'll exchange your pair or refund your method of payment.
If you order with us and the item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase (and you let us know), we'll gladly give you a credit towards your next order for the amount of the discount, but we can't offer a refund of the difference.
