Heyday Footwear offers free exchanges and return shipping on all US orders. International orders are final sale and not refundable.
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us using the form below or by phone (617)-596-8703 within 7 days of your receiving the order. If you choose to get a refund rather than exchange, please note that your original shipping cost is not refundable, only the items purchased.
Returns or exchanges for items purchased as holiday gifts must be returned by January 5th.
Please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Check to make sure you are returning your items in brand new, unworn condition and that they are returned with their original unmarked, undamaged Heyday shoe box and reuse the brown shipping carton it as shipped in, or use another shipping carton.
Step 2: Make sure all straps, laces, or extras that came with it are in the box.
Step 3: We'll pay for the return shipping. After contacting us within 7 days, we'll email you a return label and instructions. When we receive the shoes and check them back into inventory, we'll exchange your pair or refund your method of payment. Please note we cannot refund international shipping charges.
If you order with us and the item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase (and you let us know), we'll gladly give you a credit towards your next order for the amount of the discount, but we can't offer a refund of the difference.
