Shoes must be returned unused, in the condition you received them within 30 days. We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online. This attention to customer service is why we offer our free domestic returns and exchanges.
International orders are final sale and not refundable.
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us by email or by phone (617)-334-6329 within 30 days of your receiving the order to give us a heads up. We'll email you a return label if one isn't included in your shipment.
Please use the included return bag or use another shipping box. If you return the shoes by taping directly onto the shoe box without using an outer shipping box your refund amount will be less $15 to cover repackaging costs.
If you choose to get a refund rather than exchange, please note that your original shipping cost is not refundable, only the items purchased.
Please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Check to make sure you are returning your items in brand new, unworn condition and that they are returned with their original unmarked, undamaged Heyday shoe box using the extra shipping bag and label sleeve provided with your order or use another shipping carton.
Step 2: Make sure all straps, laces, or extras that came with it are in the box.
Step 3: We'll pay for the return shipping. When we receive the shoes and check them back into inventory, we'll exchange your pair or refund your method of payment.
Please note we don't accept international returns.
Apparel is custom made when you place the order and we cannot offer returns on apparel.
If you order with us and the item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase (and you let us know), we'll gladly give you a credit towards your next order for the amount of the discount, but we can't offer a refund of the difference.
